The exclusive devotee, whose devotion has one direction and no competing ultimate goal. The Garuḍa Purāṇa places the ekānta-bhakta above even thousands of Vaiṣṇavas, because what distinguishes him is not how much he has attained but how little he wants besides Kṛṣṇa.
