The devotee whom Śrī Caitanya sent to hear Kṛṣṇa-kathā from Rāmānanda Rāya rather than speaking to him personally — and who turned back at the door, having seen Rāmānanda training temple dancers. The Lord sent him a second time. His mistake opens the fifth chapter of the Antya-līlā and sets up its argument about judging qualification by appearances.
