About this text

Ignorance — not the absence of information but a misidentification: the self taken to be the body and mind it inhabits. Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 1.3.33 says that when māyā subsides the seer is established in his own glory. Pages here treat what avidyā covers and what it cannot change.
