About this text

An auspicious invocation opening a Gauḍīya work or recitation. The best-known one closes by invoking Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa “accompanied by Lalitā and Śrī Viśākhā” — often misdescribed as an opening verse of the Caitanya-caritāmṛta, which it is not.
