One of the six Gosvāmīs of Vṛndāvana, met by Mahāprabhu during the South India journey, and author of the Sat-kriyā-sāra-dīpikā and compiler of the Hari-bhakti-vilāsa. His ritual reform characteristically replaces Vedic mantras addressed to the devas with Kṛṣṇa-centred ones — reorienting the structure rather than discarding it.
