The eternal Vṛndāvana, distinguished in this literature from Bhauma Vṛndāvana, the manifest earthly one. The distinction carries real weight: separation exists in Goloka only in a covered form, and the maternal anxiety of vyābhicāri-bhāva has a narrower range there — which is among the internal reasons given for Kṛṣṇa’s descent.
